You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. We typically ship orders within 1 business day. After shipment, USPS typically delivers within 2 to 5 business days to US addresses.

- Shipping Costs: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We are currently offering free standard shipping on all orders within the United States.

- Availability: We are currently not selling internationally. We only offer products in the USA, with plans to expand our product availability to other countries in the near future.

- Tracking Your Order
You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
- Damages
LIV Matte is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
