Refund policy
You may try our products risk-free for a month. If you're not satisfied, simply return it for a full refund of the product cost (excluding shipping charges). Please note, subscription charges beyond this period are your responsibility; ensure to cancel before renewal to avoid additional fees.
To prevent abuse, we reserve the right to decline refunds for individuals we identify as “serial refunders” - those who have previously received refunds. If you have received a refund previously, you will not be eligible for refunds on future purchases.
To qualify for a return, your item must include all bottles and any unused portions. Receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete your return.
To initiate a return, please reach out to us via email to the address listed below. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with the necessary details on how to proceed. Please be aware that customers are responsible for returning the product by mail to our physical address, listed below.
Please note that we DO NOT process refunds or returns for orders placed in Canada. All purchases are final.
